Home Choice Health Care Services is an exceptional caregiving company. They are able to screen and employ wonderful caregivers who bring lots of personality to the client. My mother experienced so many good people - caregivers who took great care of her, made her laugh, made nutritious meals, kept her physically moving and social. They oversaw therapy sessions and medicine management. They have nurses who come to the home for ongoing evaluation and even medicine management if needed. My calls were always returned promptly 24/7, I was alerted to possible problems, and they often helped solve some. They made quick adjustments to schedules and found substitutes quickly if the regular caregiver had an emergency. I was able to keep Mom in an Independent Living apartment for several years thanks to the staff at Home Choice. Mom is now in a Memory Care Assisted Living unit and I have to say I miss Christy, Margie, Kimberly, Chelsea, Nicola, everyone......they were like family. I have 20yrs+ nursing experience, but when it comes to your own mother needing assistance and care at home, it can be very daunting. Home Choice Health Care Servces is such an amazing agency. They are perfect for a large age range, not just seniors. My daughter had a stroke and they have been exceptional in assisting and caring for her. They are not only professional, but caring and loving. This is not just a job to them, but way of being of service and giving back. Each person that I have come in contact with has been very well trained and a great fit for our needs. I interviewed several agencies to assist my 81 year old mother and decided to go with Home Choice Health. It was not an economical decision as there were 2 other agencies that were a few dollars cheaper. It was a decision based on a gut instinct when I first met the supervising nurse. They were understanding of my mothers needs. They were able to alleviate our family's concern regarding a home companion by providing an experienced employee who was both compassionate and capable to provide the services my mother required.
If I had any questions or concerns it addressed by the owner in a timely manner.
Although my mother does not currently need their assistance, I would not hesitate to call them back into service.

After experiencing the wonderful and professional service of Home Choice Health Care, there was not a doubt that we made the best possible decision for our family and loved one. Initially, there was a screening process performed by staff members of the agency which included my family and grandmother where we discussed treatment plans that best fit the situation.
